Award of Framework Agreements for the supply of medicines for patients hospitalised within the hospital. All details relating to estimated values and quantities can be found in the table in the tender dossier / Annex 1 – List of requested medicines. The frequency of the contracts to be awarded: 24 subsequent contracts, depending on budget allocations and the needs of the sections. The duration of the framework agreements will be 24 months, a period that can be extended by an additional act, with the agreement of the parties, by a maximum of 12 months, in accordance with art. 221, paragraph 1, letter a), Lg. 98/2016. The purchaser reserves the right to unilaterally denounce the framework agreement, by a written notification, without any compensation, from the date of conclusion of the framework agreements by the Ministry of Health, as the centralised procurement unit. The Framework Agreement does not represent a commitment to contract until the estimated minimum quantities provided for in the present Framework Agreement are reached. The Purchaser is not obliged to conclude Subsequent Contracts until the quantities indicated according to art. 2.1.4 are reached. The Purchaser has the right to conclude Subsequent Contracts to the extent that it needs the Products which are the subject of the present Framework Agreement, the assessment of the existence of such a need being a discretionary right of the Purchaser. The obligation to purchase a certain quantity of Products arises exclusively through the conclusion of the Subsequent Contracts. The mere signature of the present Framework Agreement does not guarantee the conclusion of the Subsequent Contracts until the estimated minimum quantities are reached. The deadline for requesting clarifications is 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications. The clear and complete response will be transmitted at least 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
