The subject of the contract is the purchase of equipment: Task no. 1 Electric beds with bedside cabinets 21 sets Task no. 2 Electric beds with bedside cabinets 7 sets Task no. 3 Chest drainage system 6 sets The description of the individual parts of the subject of the contract is contained in the Offer Form (Annex no. 1 SWZ). The purchase of equipment will be co-financed with a specific grant awarded from the state budget under the programme for the protection of the population and civil defence for the year 2026 entitled: "Modernisation of the equipment infrastructure of the intervention units of WSS in Czerwona Góra in order to increase defensive readiness and protect the population." In accordance with the provisions of art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to invalidate the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
