The subject of the public procurement consists of the production, branding and delivery of representative materials for the participants in the Annual Forum, as well as for the official guests at ministerial level. The provision of representative support for the Forum is part of the organisation and the successful conduct of the international event and is related to the fulfilment of the commitments of the Republic of Bulgaria as host. The representative packages will include branded promotional materials and products representing Bulgarian identity and traditions, in line with protocol practice in the organisation of international events. The aim is to select a contractor who will provide promotional materials for the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works (MRRB) in connection with the representative support of the 15th Annual Forum of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region, as well as for the official guests at ministerial level.
