The subject of the contract is the supply of the Individual Decontamination Package IPLS-1, Universal Powder Decontaminant, and Training Universal Powder Decontaminant in accordance with the "Description of the Subject of the Contract" and the Draft Contract Terms, which will be an annex to the Specification of Contract Conditions (SWZ) and will be provided to the contractors invited to submit tenders, in the following quantities: TASK NO. 1 - Supply of the Individual Decontamination Package IPLS-1 in the quantity of 40 000 units (including basic quantity 20 000 units, optional quantity 20 000 units); TASK NO. 2 - Supply of the Individual Decontamination Package IPLS-1 in the quantity of 40 000 units (including basic quantity 20 000 units, optional quantity 20 000 units); TASK NO. 3 - Supply of the Individual Decontamination Package IPLS-1 in the quantity of 40 000 units (including basic quantity 20 000 units, optional quantity 20 000 units); TASK NO. 4 - Supply of the Universal Powder Decontaminant in the assortment: Item 1 - Universal Powder Decontaminant 400G in the quantity of 10 000 units (including basic quantity 5 000 units, optional quantity 5 000 units); Item 2 - Universal Powder Decontaminant 2X10KG in the quantity of 2 000 units (including basic quantity 1 000 units, optional quantity 1 000 units); Item 3 - Universal Powder Decontaminant 10KG in the quantity of 400 units (including basic quantity 200 units, optional quantity 200 units). TASK NO. 5: Supply of the Training Universal Powder Decontaminant in the assortment: Item 1 - Training Universal Powder Decontaminant 2X10KG in the quantity of 200 units (including basic quantity 100 units, optional quantity 100 units); Item 2 - Training Universal Powder Decontaminant 20X1KG in the quantity of 100 units (including basic quantity 50 units, optional quantity 50 units); Item 3 - Training Universal Powder Decontaminant 400G in the quantity of 440 units (including basic quantity 220 units, optional quantity 220 units). 2. Details regarding the subject of the contract and the criteria for evaluating tenders will be included in the Specification of Contract Conditions (SWZ), which together with the "Description of the Subject of the Contract" and the Draft Contract Terms will be provided to the contractors invited to submit tenders.
