The subject of the Contract is the purchase of consultancy services from external consultants for legal, tax, accounting and other specialised services, for the implementation of the sale of the Portfolio of Non-Performing Loans (the 'Transaction'). The process and methodology must be in line with the requirements of the supervisory authorities/guidelines and must be appropriately adapted to the data of the OCHS.
