The planned construction project "Am Westerberg II" is located in the district of Ober-Ingelheim, situated on the streets "Hinter der Ohrenbrücke" and "Im Rheinweg". The planning area lies within the scope of the land-use plan "Ohrenbrücke II". The commissioning of the structural design includes the complete creation of the approval statics, the structural fire protection, and the tendering specifications. This includes the complete services of the preliminary investigation, preliminary planning, design planning, and approval planning (performance phases 1 to 4 according to § 51 HOAI), as well as the complete creation of the structural and fire protection specifications for the Functional Performance Description (FLB) for the general contractor tender.
