The firm duration of the contract is 13 years (156 months) from 01/01/2027. The present contract takes effect on 01/01/2027, for a firm duration of 13 years (156 months) and will end on 31 December 2039, with the exception of the residences where the installation of the meters will take place in 2030 (effective date 1 January 2030 for the CET of SOHP and 1 July 2030 for the water meters of Montrouge) and for which the expiry date is also set at 31 December 2039. The maximum amount for the duration of the contract is 7,000,000 € excl. VAT. There is no minimum amount. The amount of the lump sum is included in the maximum amount.
