The subject of the Contract is the provision of 24/7 direct physical protection services for persons and property, including monitoring in the building of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in Warsaw at 30 Wspólna Street (hereinafter referred to as the “building” or “site”), as well as support for an intervention group, detailed in the subject of the contract, hereinafter referred to as “OPZ”, which is Annex 1 to the Contract. 2. The service is provided in the site mentioned in paragraph 1, as well as within the streets: Wspólna, Krucza, Parkingowa and Żurawia, in accordance with the “Protection Plan for the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development Site”. 3. As part of the subject of the Contract, the Contractor is obliged to cooperate with the Purchaser in the scope of tasks related to national security regarding the protection of the building, resulting from the Act of 26 April 2007 on crisis management (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 574, as amended) and the Council of Ministers Regulation of 25 March 2025 on the preparation of the national security management system (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 407, as amended). 4. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to the contract project (hereinafter: OPZ). 5. The Purchaser requires that the offered service, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to implement the contract, both as main elements and as components, service environment elements or accompanying solutions, does not include: • ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of the state's security; • an ICT product, the type of which has been determined in the decision on recognising the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or ICT services or ICT processes specified in that decision. Failure to meet the above requirement results in the rejection of the offer on the basis of Article 226(1)(17) or (19) of the Pzp Act. 6.
