Procurement of specialised passenger road transport services with minibuses, coaches and 8+1 vehicles, with driver, for lots 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 and minibuses, coaches, 8+1 vehicles and cars for lots 4 and 7, with driver, for internal and external routes, in accordance with the requirements set out in the terms of reference. Deadline for submission of clarification requests: 20 days before the deadline set for submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 160 and 161 of Law No. 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended and supplemented. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information, by the 11th day before the deadline set for submission of tenders, in accordance with the provisions of Article 160 and Article 161 of Law No. 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended and supplemented.
