Supply, installation and commissioning of medical equipment and devices in the clinics of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński Provincial Hospital in Łomża, in the quantities and with the parameters required as specified in Annex 6 to the SWZ, along with full warranty service and staff training for the Contracting Authority, on the terms set out in Annex 6 to the SWZ. The terms for the execution of the order are defined in the model contract constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ. The order is implemented as part of project no. FEPD.04.05-IZ.00-0009/24 entitled "Improving access to high-quality outpatient specialist care at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński Provincial Hospital in Łomża" under the European Funds for Podlaskie 2021-2027 Priority IV High-Quality Public Space. Action 04.05 Investments in health protection.
