The subject of the contract is the provision and servicing of a long-term Polish zloty loan in the amount of 18,724,735.54 PLN (in words: eighteen million seven hundred twenty-four thousand seven hundred and thirty-five and 54/100 PLN) intended to finance the planned budget deficit of the Municipality of Stawiguda in 2026 and the repayment of previously incurred liabilities. The loan will be taken out for a period of 11 years, with a six-month grace period for capital repayment.
