The present contract has for its object: - Entrusting a service company with the provision of telephone reception and telephone call management services on behalf of Reims habitat. - Defining the conditions under which they are executed. The expected services concern: - The management of overflow calls as soon as all the internal lines of Reims habitat are busy. - The management of calls on standby from 17:00 to 8:00 all week, including weekends, public holidays, and days exceptionally closed. The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are paid for by unit and lump-sum prices.
