Poland – Checking and testing apparatus – DOSTAWA I INSTALACJA APARATURY BADAWCZEJ DLA PRACOWNI FOTONIKI BIOTWORZYW W CENTRUM IMMUNOTERAPII KOMÓRKOWEJ SGGW.

The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of research equipment for the Biophotonics Laboratory at the SGGW Cell Immunotherapy Centre - 8 Parts.

Part 1. CPV: 38500000-5 LASER

Short description of the contract part: The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation and commissioning of a laboratory pulsed semiconductor laser with switching, diode-pumped, emitting radiation in the near-infrared range, along with a controller and necessary cabling. The detailed OPZ is included in the annex from 1.1 to SWZ.

Part 2. CPV: 38500000-5 INTEGRATED LASER SYSTEM COMPRISING A FEMTOSECOND LASER, PARAMETRIC AMPLIFIER AND FLUORESCENCE LIFETIME DETECTION SYSTEM. The detailed OPZ is included in the annex from 1.2 to SWZ.

Part 3. CPV: 38500000-5 CIRCULAR AND LINEAR DICHROISM SPECTROMETER. The detailed OPZ is included in the annex from 1.3 to SWZ.

Part 4. CPV: 38500000-5 DETECTOR WITH SPECTROMETER. The detailed OPZ is included in the annex from 1.4 to SWZ.

Part 5. CPV: 38500000-5 OPTICAL ELEMENTS. The detailed OPZ is included in the annex from 1.5 to SWZ.

Part 6. CPV: 38500000-5 TWO OPTICAL TABLES. The detailed OPZ is included in the annex from 1.6 to SWZ.

Part 7. CPV: 42962000-7 INTEGRATED 3D PRINTING SYSTEM IN FDM/FFF TECHNOLOGY AS WELL AS LASER ENGRAVING AND CUTTING. The detailed OPZ is included in the annex from 1.7 to SWZ.

Part 8. CPV: 31154000-0 EMERGENCY UPS POWER SYSTEM. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the annex 1.8 to SWZ.

Other information about the subject of the contract:

1) The research equipment as well as the optical elements and software (licences) supplied by the Contractor must be factory new, unused, and come from the official distribution channel of the manufacturer.

2) They must have complete and appropriate cabling necessary for their operation;

3) All elements specified in the descriptions of the subject of the contract must be an integral part of this equipment.

4) In cases where the Purchaser has described the subject of the contract by indicating trademarks, patents or origin, which characterise the products supplied by a specific Contractor, this means that it is justified by the impossibility of describing the subject of the contract in any other way due to its specificity. In the indicated case, the Purchaser allows the offer of equivalent products in relation to those indicated in the description of the subject of the contract. By equivalent products, the Purchaser understands such products that have equivalent parameters - functionally no worse than those indicated each time in the description of the subject of the contract along with the technical specification of the offered equipment.

5) The Contractor is obliged to prove to the Purchaser the equivalence of the offered equipment, by attaching to the offer appropriate documents (catalogues, detailed technical specifications) confirming the fulfilment of the requirements for equivalent products.

6) WARRANTY: The detailed warranty conditions have been specified in the Model Contract constituting Annex 3 to SWZ.

7) At the same time, the Purchaser, in accordance with art. 257 Pzp, informs that it reserves the right to invalidate this public procurement procedure in the event that the public funds, which it intended to allocate to finance the whole or part of the contract, are not granted to it.

8) The procedure will be financed in accordance with the agreement on the co-financing of the project entitled: „Biophotonics Laboratory” Project number: FEMA.01.01-IP.01-09LE/25 European Regional Development Fund within the programme European Funds for Mazovia 2021-2027, Priority: European Funds for a more competitive and intelligent Mazovia, Action: Research, development and innovation of enterprises.

1) Offers can be submitted in relation to:

- one part of the contract,

- several parts of the contract,

- all parts of the contract.

The Purchaser does not limit the number of parts for which the contractor can submit an offer. The Purchaser does not limit the number of parts for which the contract can be awarded to one contractor.

INFORMATION ABOUT SUBJECT EVIDENCE 1. The Purchaser requires the Contractor to submit the following subject evidence with the offer: The Purchaser requires subject evidence for all Contract Parts: detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract, e.g. catalogue cards or printouts from the manufacturer's websites or other documents/statements from the manufacturer or its authorised representative, or other equivalent documents or statements containing accurate technical descriptions of the subject of the offer, prepared in Polish or English, and in the case of documents prepared in another foreign language, the Purchaser requires their translation into Polish. The documents should confirm the requirements described in Annex 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5/1.6/1.7/1.8 (description of the subject of the contract) to SWZ. In Annex 1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4/1.5/1.6/1.7/1.8, the catalogue numbers of the offered equipment should be provided - if the products have numbers or other markings allowing their identification. The Contractor is obliged to submit subject evidence with the offer. The Purchaser provides for the supplementation of subject evidence. If the Contractor has not submitted subject evidence or the submitted subject evidence is incomplete, the Purchaser calls for their submission or supplementation within the set deadline. The Purchaser requires that the contract be executed within the following deadlines: PART I – up to 5 months from the date of signing the contract, PART II – up to 11 months from the date of signing the contract, PART III – up to 6 months from the date of signing the contract, PART IV – up to 6 months, PART V – up to 30 days from the date of signing the contract, PART VI – up to 3 months from the date of signing the contract, PART VII – up to 30 days from the date of signing the contract, PART VIII – up to 2 months from the date of signing the contract.
