This concerns an open house procedure - offers are therefore possible on a permanent basis - the tender deadline is set in the distant future to enable this! The Professional Associations of the Construction Industry (BG Bau), Energy Textile Electrical Media Products (BG ETEM) and Wood and Metal (BGHM) (hereinafter: the Professional Associations) intend, within the framework of the joint cooperation project ¿Asbestos exposure in activities on plasters, fillers and tile adhesives¿, to investigate various objects still to be acquired with regard to the asbestos exposure occurring there in connection with construction work. In this context, activity-accompanying measurements are to be carried out in parallel with the actual (construction) work on and in the object using special equipment systems. The aim of the joint measurement programme is to determine the exposure of employees to asbestos. Activities on construction sites in the so-called existing building stock, i.e. activities in buildings that were built or fundamentally modernised between approximately 1960 and 1995, are being investigated. The present procurement concerns an open house contract, the subject of which is the commissioning of specialist contractors. This is a so-called open house procedure, i.e. not a classic award procedure according to the procurement law regulations, in particular the 4th part of the GWB as well as the VgV and the VOB/A, in which the contracting authority is responsible for the selection of the contractor.
