Germany – Office machinery, equipment and supplies except computers, printers and furniture – Rahmenvereinbarung zur Lieferung von Tonerkartuschen für A4-Drucktechnik

The contracting authority intends to award a framework agreement for the procurement of toner cartridges for A4 printers for the judicial authorities of the Free State of Thuringia through an open procedure in accordance with § 15 I 1 VgV. The framework agreement will be concluded as a single-supplier framework agreement without any obligation to purchase, with a duration of 36 months. The framework agreement will commence upon award. The estimated total quantity to be procured is approximately 7,900 toner cartridges for 36 months.
