France – Beach services – Sous-concessions de service public pour l'attribution de 5 lots de plage situés sur la plage de Blonville sur Mer

This tender aims to delegate to Sub-concessionaires, through public service sub-concessions, the management and operation of 5 beach lots, located on the beach of Blonville-sur-Mer. These public service sub-concessions are for a period of 5 years. This tender therefore concerns a public service concession subject to the provisions of Articles L. 1411-1 et seq. of the General Code of Territorial Authorities (CGCT) and R. 1411-1 et seq. of the CGCT, as well as to Article L. 1121-3 and to the third part of the Public Procurement Code (CCP).
