In the context of the implementation of a heat network supplying 33 substations, from a power plant consisting of 2 heat pumps drawing energy from a geothermal aquifer and 2 gas boilers as a backup/top-up, Dalkia is launching a consultation to design and implement the 5 km heat network (pre-insulated steel pipe class 2) and the 2.3 km geothermal network (PEHD pipe) connecting to 8 wells (4 extraction and 4 reinjection). The present consultation concerns only the lump-sum contract for the design and construction supervision of the buried networks (excluding the power plant, excluding the substation, excluding the wells). The mission includes the phases of Detailed Design (APD), Project Studies (PRO), Tendering of Contractors (DCE + ACT), Validation of Completed Works (VISA), Works Execution Management (DET-OPC) and Operations Prior to Acceptance of Works (OPR-AOR). The sizing elements mentioned above are provisional, the final elements will be indicated in the consultation documents phase offer.
