Romania – Information technology services – „Soluție Securitate – Soluție securizare acces / trafic DNS / DDoS / SIEM / SOAR / Instana / DR Brașov + Grivița”

The contracting authority wishes, through this procedure, to acquire the services “Security Solution – Access / DNS Traffic / DDoS / SIEM / SOAR / Instana / DR Brașov + Grivița Securization Solution” which will be carried out by extending the support, warranty and subscription/licence renewal services for the cybersecurity functionalities presented/detailed in the tender specifications. According to the provisions of art. 160 (1) of Law 98/2016 (hereinafter referred to as “Law 98”) and art 103 (1) of the Methodological Norms for Law No. 98/2016, approved by H.G. No. 395/2016 (hereinafter referred to as “Norms”), any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, with a deadline of 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 (2) and art. 161 (1) of "Law 98", as well as art. 27 (2)-(4) and art. 103 (2) of "Norms", the contracting authority will respond collectively, clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/ additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will not respond to a request for clarifications/ additional information, received within the 17-day period before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, the request being considered to have been submitted late. The modification of the public procurement contract, during its period of validity, may be carried out in the conditions provided for in art. 221 of Law No. 98/2016 and the provisions of the ANAP Instruction No. 1/2021.
