The statutory accident insurance system has a common corporate design (CD) as an optical frame and visible identity feature. This CD is managed by the peak association DGUV (hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority, short: CA) and, in consultation with its members, further developed as required. All CD regulations, as well as templates and logos, are provided centrally on the statutory accident insurance's corporate design portal. Both the DGUV and all other authorized users have their own accounts in this portal, from which they can access their individual logos and templates, which have been released by the CA. Authorized users' access to the portal is based on a license granted by the CA; the contractor (CN) operates the portal on behalf of the CA. For consulting, service, and implementation services further defined in the specification, the CA is seeking a competent, creative, and thorough corporate design agency with expertise in digital design systems, accessibility, and template development as a contractor (CN). The agency advises the CA on all CD-related matters. The agency creates design concepts and implementations for a wide range of digital and analog contexts and media, as well as templates (primarily for Adobe and Microsoft Office applications), and is responsible for the smooth operation of the corporate design portal.
