Sweden – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Biblioteksplattform

The procurement concerns a Library Platform, hereinafter "the Solution", for the Municipality of Eskilstuna, hereinafter the "Purchaser". Services within the scope of the contract include the delivery and implementation of a solution support for the purchaser's public libraries and school libraries, including cataloguing, media management, circulation, digital user services, self-service functions, integrations with existing solutions, as well as support, training and administration. The procurement concerns a future-proof solution that is accessible to all on equal terms and that enables an equivalent digital service for both public libraries and school libraries. The new solution must meet applicable accessibility standards and better meet the needs of the purchaser's residents and students, with particular focus on children, people with disabilities, seniors, and residents whose first language is not Swedish.
