The subject of the public procurement is the selection of an executor for the provision of a corporate service to stimulate physical activity and a healthy lifestyle, through a subscription model for access to a wide network of sports, wellness and entertainment facilities. The service is to be performed through personalized identification means, provided to the employees of the Contracting Authority, and aims to improve their health and productivity, as well as that of the members of their families. The minimum technical requirements and functional capabilities of the service are detailed in the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to declare/terminate the subscription for access to the network of services for each employee/accompanied person/child, the need for which has arisen in the course of the execution of the contract.
