The district town of Wittlich plans the construction of a viaduct starting from Schlossstraße, the erection of a new bridge over the Lieser, and the creation of a pedestrian and cycle path that will run over both bridges (hereinafter: "construction project"). The contract includes the services of project planning (scope of services for engineering structures) according to § 43 HOAI in phases 1-9.
