The contractor will perform the following activities for each of the distinct positions: Assessment of compliance of the investment projects with the main requirements for construction in accordance with Article 142, Paragraph 6, Item 2 of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT) while observing the requirements of Article 142, Paragraph 5 of the ZUT; Assessment of compliance of the "Structural" part of the investment projects in accordance with Article 142, Paragraph 10 of the ZUT. Assessment of compliance in accordance with Article 169, Paragraph 1, Item 6 of the ZUT of the investment projects in accordance with Article 142, Paragraph 11 of the ZUT. Exercise of construction supervision during construction, in accordance with Article 166 of the Spatial Planning Act (ZUT). The scope of activities for the implementation of construction supervision during construction is in accordance with Article 168 of the ZUT, including coordination of the construction process until the object is put into operation. Performance of the function of Safety and Health Coordinator, in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 for the minimum requirements for health and safety conditions at work when carrying out construction and installation works. Preparation of a technical passport in accordance with Article 176a of the ZUT and Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006 and Preparation of a final report in accordance with Article 168, Paragraph 6 of the ZUT.
