Germany – Fire vessels – Lieferung und Inbetriebnahme eines Feuerlöschbootes zur Nutzung auf dem Rhein gemäß Rheinschifffahrts-polizeiverordnung (RheinSchPV)

The Fire Department of Cologne is procuring a fire-fighting boat of a class with a total length of 18 to 20 metres, which will be used on the Rhine for fire-fighting, technical assistance, rescue and the transport of emergency patients. The contract includes the delivery of a fire-fighting boat, the training of the crew and service personnel, the transfer to the customer's location, including the acquisition and handover of all permits, including the ship's certificate, which are required for the vehicle and operating license for the intended use of the boat on the Rhine. The contract does not include the new development of a fireboat type. An existing boat model suitable for a fire-fighting boat must be offered.
