Belgium – Agricultural, forestry, horticultural, aquacultural and apicultural services – CONCESSION DE SERVICES RELATIVE A L’EXPLOITATION ET A LA VALORISATION DU CENTRE EQUESTRE DES LACS DE L’EAU D’HEURE

The Granting Authority has an equestrian centre on the Site with an area of approximately 18 hectares, including two covered tracks (one large and one small), an outdoor track, a café area whose interior finishes need to be completed, a sanitary and changing room area whose finishes need to be completed, a hayloft, an open hangar and unenclosed meadows, as well as an area comprising a building [intended for demolition]. These facilities, which have been unused since 2016, require completion, refurbishment and compliance work. Following the award procedure, the Granting Authority will appoint the Concessionaire, who will be responsible, at their own risk and expense, for primarily operating, managing and enhancing the Equestrian Centre for the period set in accordance with Article III.2 (and subject to the possible application of review clauses), by implementing the Investment Programme it proposes in its Offer.
