Greece – Guard services – ΤΜΗΜΑ 1Β και ΤΜΗΜΑ 2Β της δημόσιας σύμβασης υπηρεσιών με τίτλο: «Στατική φύλαξη Δημαρχείου – Πολιτιστικού, Νέου Αμαξοστασίου Πυλαίας – Πανοράματος και παρακολούθηση των κτιρίων του Δήμου μέσω καμερών και ενός (1) επανδρωμένου περιπολικού για χρονικό διάστημα είκοσι δύο (22) μηνών», Διακήρυξη 13/2026

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for the static guarding of the Town Hall – Cultural, New Bus Station of Pylaias – Panorama and monitoring of the Municipality's buildings through cameras and one (1) manned patrol for a period of twenty-two (22) months, as detailed in the Study of the Independent Human Resources Department of the Administrative Services Directorate of the Municipality. Estimated contract value-Funding: Total estimated contract value (Section 1B and Section 2B): 329,969.99€ (contract value including VAT 24% 409,162.78€) Section 1B: The estimated value of the contract amounts to 166,105.41€ (contract value including VAT 24%: 205,970.70€). Section 2B: The estimated value of the contract amounts to 163,864.58€ (contract value including VAT 24%: 203,192.08€). The present contract is divided into the following sections: Section 1B: «Static guarding of the Town Hall – Cultural building and monitoring of the Municipality's buildings through cameras and one (1) manned patrol» for twenty-two (22) months with an estimated value including VAT 24% 205,970.70€ Section 2B: «Static guarding of the new bus station of Pylaias-Panorama through cameras and one (1) manned patrol» for twenty-two (22) months with an estimated value including VAT 24% 203,192.08€. Bids may be submitted for either Section 1B, or Section 2B or for all Sections. In any case, under penalty of exclusion, the bid must necessarily cover all the services of each section offered. Rejection of one or more services of the Section results in the automatic rejection of the bid for the specific Section. The maximum number of Sections that can be awarded to one bidder is set at 2. A participation guarantee in favour of the Municipality of Pylaias-Chortiatis is required, corresponding to a percentage of up to two (2)% of the estimated value of the contract, excluding VAT, namely: • amount of 3,322.00€ (three thousand three hundred and twenty-two euros) for Section 1B • amount of 3,277.00€ (three thousand two hundred and seventy-seven euros) for Section 2B A guarantee of good execution of the terms of the contract is required, the amount of which is 4% of the estimated value of the contract and is deposited until the signature of the agreement, amount: • amount of 6,644.21€ (six thousand six hundred and forty-four euros and twenty-one cents) for Section 1B • amount of 6,554.58€ (six thousand five hundred and fifty-four euros and fifty-eight cents) for Section 2B
