This agreement is a framework agreement in accordance with Article 311(1) of the Public Procurement Law and sets out the conditions for the provision and execution by the Contractor of the waste reception and recovery service with code 19 12 12, hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the agreement", during the validity of the agreement on the basis of execution contracts. 2. Based on the framework agreement, the successive reception and recovery of waste with code 19 12 12 will take place from the following plants managed by the Contracting Authority within the framework of execution contracts in the estimated quantities: Task 1 - 20 000 Mg - total quantity of waste to be received during the validity of the agreement, Task 2 - 12 000 Mg - total quantity of waste to be received during the validity of the agreement, Task 3 - 18 000 Mg - total quantity of waste to be received during the validity of the agreement, Task 4 - 10 000 Mg - total quantity of waste to be received during the validity of the agreement.
