Supply of continuous glucose monitoring systems and consumables for the systems necessary for the treatment and self-monitoring of patients with type 2 diabetes who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Order No. 180/2022 and Order No. 202/2022, in accordance with the terms of reference. Subsequent contracts will be concluded annually. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification: by the 11th day before the deadline set in the invitation to tender for the submission of tenders. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for the submission of tenders - 18 days.
