Denmark – Business services: law, marketing, consulting, recruitment, printing and security – Light-udbud af advokatydelser til Kredsløb-koncernen

Kredsløb A/S (hereinafter referred to as Kredsløb or the Contracting Authority) wishes to enter into a series of parallel non-exclusive framework agreements for the supply of legal services with 2 law firms (hereinafter referred to as the Law Firm or the Tenderer) for the companies within the Kredsløb group. Kredsløb is not obliged to use the tendered framework agreement in connection with the procurement of legal services. Kredsløb particularly expects the Law Firm to be able to provide specialised legal advice and assistance in the following areas of law: a) Procurement law b) Business law c) Contract law d) Company law e) Tax law f) Real property g) Environmental and planning law h) Energy and climate law i) IT law j) Marketing law k) Employment law l) Public law The list is not exhaustive. The Tenderer is made aware that debt collection is not part of this framework agreement. The Law Firm's supplies primarily include: - Legal advice and sparring - Preparation of legal documents (responsa, notes, contracts etc.) - Assistance and representation in connection with court, arbitration and appeal board cases - Legal investigations - Legal assistance in negotiations, meetings etc. - Assistance in connection with administrative decisions and other administrative actions
