The subject of the public contract is the insurance of property and liability for damage or injury to DIAMO, a state-owned enterprise, and its branches, in accordance with the technical conditions, which are Annex No. 2 (Technical Conditions - Property and Liability Insurance of DIAMO, a state-owned enterprise) and an integral part of the tender conditions (hereinafter referred to as "ZP") and further in accordance with the other annexes to these ZP: • Annex No. 3 - insurance program – DIAMO, a state-owned enterprise - Property and Liability Insurance for Damage from 01.01.2027, • Annex No. 5 – risk report for DIAMO, a state-owned enterprise. The scope of insurance relates in particular to comprehensive natural hazard insurance, basic and supplementary natural hazard insurance, theft and vandalism risk insurance, electronics and machinery insurance, insurance of items during road transport, glass insurance, and liability insurance for damage or injury.
