Netherlands – Maintenance services of public-lighting installations and traffic lights – Onderhoud en vervanging Openbare Verlichting ISNV

This procurement guide has been drawn up for the purpose of contracting a Contractor with whom the Contracting Authority wishes to conclude a contract for the maintenance and replacement of Public Lighting. Public Lighting is abbreviated as PL in this document. The Contracting Authority consists of 8 municipalities and they jointly award this, but each will enter into an individual contract with the winning bidder. The Contracting Authority wishes to enter into a 4 (four) year contract with an extension option of 1 (one) time 2 (two) years. The estimated value of the Framework Agreement over the entire duration including extension option(s) is 24,500,000,- exclusive of VAT. The contract value is based on the number of fixtures to be installed, the number of light poles to be replaced and the historical cost data for performing these actions and delivering the requested materials.
