Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Biologika-Rabattverträge 2026-02 - Interferon beta 1a (Fertigarzneimittel: Rebif (R))

The participating funds aim to conclude discount contracts in accordance with § 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance Interferon beta 1a (finished medicinal product: Rebif (R)). The contract will be concluded within the framework of the Open-House-Biologika procedure of the participating funds: Individual negotiations on contract terms will not be conducted, uniform conditions will apply. The participating health insurance funds do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months, beginning on 01.04.2026. The contract ends at the latest on 31.03.2028, regardless of the date of the contract conclusion. Joining this Open-House procedure is possible at any time during the contract term. The information provided on the commitment period is not relevant in this case and is solely due to the mandatory requirements of the form.
