The University of Geneva wishes to implement an integrated software platform to manage all functions related to real estate assets in a unified manner: asset register, space management, equipment maintenance, occupant services and energy management. The aim is to have a structuring tool to support the evolution of the campus (approximately 70 buildings, approximately 220,000 m², 8 sites), optimise resource use and promote environmental sustainability. The present tender comprises two lots conducted simultaneously.
