Dynamic procurement system creation, with the subject: dental consumables, up to a net budget of 741,470,481 HUF for a period of 36 months, for a total of 798,450 units of various products. The expected maximum net HUF size of the individual contracts in the categories (based on the 2026 year as the starting point for determining the amounts) are: Cat. I: 6,600,000, Cat. II: 53,000, Cat. III: 465,000, Cat. IV: 17,180,000, Cat. V: 4,100,000, Cat. VI: 7,170,000, Cat. VII: 4,500,000, Cat. VIII: 630,000, Cat. IX: 2,600,000. The applicant must declare in their application for participation, upon submission in the public procurement procedure, that there is no prohibition on the award of the public procurement or concession contract in respect of their application for participation, as defined in Article 5(k)(1) of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine, which must be submitted in the form of a completed EKR printout. According to Section 107(2) of the Public Procurement Act, during the implementation of the DBR, in the tendering phase, the invitation to tender may, at the same time as sending the invitation to tender, determine the possibility of submitting a sub-tender in the invitation to tender, in relation to the specific procurement needs set out therein – depending on the specific subject matter and nature of the specific public procurements.
