Finland – Urban planning and landscape architectural services – Tekninen moinalapuitesopimus 2026-2028 (2030)

The City of Raasepori's Urban Environment Division invites tenders for design and expert services related to public area road, street, and area engineering. The contract is valid for two years from the start date and optionally two separately agreed extension years. The procurement mainly includes tasks for preparing street and area plans in the administrative scope required, related building design preparation and expert assignments related to these. The framework agreement selects three operators for projects in these design areas. The framework agreement is used when a) the cost of a project related to street and drainage engineering is over 10 000 € or b) the project requires technical disciplines other than street design and drainage design or c) the client is other than the Urban Environment Division. The framework agreement is primarily used for design projects where the main technical discipline is one of the following four. The majority of projects ordered through the framework agreement are of this type. - Landscape design - Traffic planning - Traffic surveys - Street design (KS+RS) Additionally, the framework agreement can also be used for projects in other technical disciplines.
