Poland – Waste and rubbish containers and bins – „Zakup i montaż pojemników do selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych” w ramach projektu „Rozwój systemu selektywnego zbierania odpadów komunalnych” FELD.02.13-IZ.00-0020/24-00 - część siódma

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of one new external container for the selective collection of small electrical waste, its installation, the preparation of design documentation and the submission of a building notification as required by law. 2. The contractor will prepare a site development project for the submission of small architecture objects in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and agree it with the contracting authority by submitting a notification. 3. When preparing the site development project for the submission of small architecture objects, the contractor may use the services of another entity with the appropriate authorizations. 4. The contractor will submit a building notification for a building or works not requiring a building permit to the Zgierz County Office. 5. A declaration of the right to dispose of the property for building purposes, necessary to make the submission, or other documents necessary for the implementation of the task will be provided to the contractor immediately after the contract is signed. 6. The container will be installed in accordance with the building art on an appropriate foundation on plot no. 367/14, parcel 129, belonging to the Municipality of the City of Zgierz. 7. The contractor is responsible for any damage or destruction of the container that occurs during loading, transport, unloading and installation. 8. The contractor will provide a warranty for the container. 9. The requirements that the container must meet: 1) it must be made of stainless steel with two interchangeable educational-advertising surfaces, protected by a transparent, safe screen and personalized informational posters about the purpose of the container, as well as with the logo of the contracting authority, 2) the poster design will be provided to the contractor immediately after the contract is signed, 3) it must have 7 internal containers, partitions or tubes, where sorted electrical waste can be collected, i.e.: - 1x cassette tapes and VHS, - 1x batteries, - 2x light bulbs, - 2x small electronics, - 1x CDs, 4) each inlet must be marked with an informative text and the appropriate pictogram indicating the intended type of waste, 5) container dimensions: height: from 1500 mm to 3000 mm, depth: from 245 mm to 555 mm, 6) container colour: RAL 7016, 7) the container is locked with a key, which is supplied with a set of three keys, 8) hinges for the doors are mounted inside so that they are not visible from the outside. 10. The contracting authority will accept the container on the basis of the acceptance protocol. The signed protocol will be the basis for issuing an invoice. If the description of the subject of the contract indicates the origin (brand, trademark, manufacturer, supplier) of the materials or the standards, approvals, specifications and systems referred to in Article 99(5) of the Pzp Act, the contracting authority allows the offering of equivalent materials or solutions, provided that they guarantee the correct implementation of the subject of the contract and ensure the achievement of technical parameters not worse than those set out in the above-mentioned documents. The contract is awarded in parts, each of which is the subject of a separate procedure. The contracting authority does not allow partial offers to be submitted in this procedure. The contractor provides a warranty for the subject of the contract for a period of 60 months. The contractor undertakes to complete the subject of the contract by 30 November 2026.
