The municipality of Enschede, as the contracting authority, wishes to contract 1 contractor for the production and supply of printed matter for elections. The contracting authority periodically organises various elections and wishes to outsource election printing for this purpose. The organisation of elections means that the exact quantity of the required printed matter per election is not fully determined in advance. The quantities are, among other things, dependent on the number of eligible voters, legal requirements and any interim elections. The contracting authority is looking for a contractor who can handle this flexibly and reliably. The municipality of Enschede acts as the lead partner in this procurement for the municipalities of Almelo, Borne, Dinkelland, Enschede, Hellendoorn, Hengelo, Hof van Twente, Losser, Oldenzaal, Ommen, Rijssen-Holten, Tubbergen, Twenterand and Wierden. Each municipality concludes a (framework) agreement for itself.
