The subject of this public procurement (hereinafter also "PP") is the supply of 1 (one) unit of an LC-MS/MS analyser, as a complete system of liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) for the Department of Clinical Biochemistry (hereinafter also the "equipment"), including the complete installation of the supplied equipment, its commissioning, and other obligations arising from these procurement conditions or their annexes. The equipment, as well as all materials and parts of the subject matter, must be brand new, unused, unrefurbished, fully functional, of the highest quality provided by the manufacturer, not older than 12 months prior to their delivery, and must meet all technical parameters as detailed in Annex No. 4 of these ZP_Technical specifications of the analyser required by the contracting authority. The above-mentioned item of the subject matter of the public procurement must also be supplied with a complete set of accessories and consumables for the immediate use of the supplied equipment, to enable full instruction and to carry out complete installation. The requirement for a PC, which the contracting authority will provide for the purpose of complete installation, the participant shall specify in their tender in accordance with Article 5.4 of these ZP. The subject of the PP is also the provision of free warranty service of the equipment and subsequent post-warranty service for the duration of its expected lifetime, estimated for the subsequent period of 10 years. An integral part of the subject of the PP is also the SW support of the equipment.
