The subject of the contract is “Delivery of encrypted data carriers”, in the quantity of 100 units. The subject of the contract will be implemented in accordance with Annex 2a to the specification “Description of the subject of the contract (Annex 1 to the Contract)”, Annex 2 to the specification “Price list with technical parameters/functionalities (Annex 2 to the Contract)”, and on the terms specified in the “Contract Template” (Annex 12 to the specification). 2. The Contractor undertakes to implement the subject of the contract in accordance with the Do No Significant Harm (DNHS) principle, as referred to in Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The Contracting Authority obliges the Contractor to act in accordance with the DNSH (from English “Do No Significant Harm” – i.e. Do No Significant Harm) principle regarding not supporting or engaging in economic activity that causes significant harm to any of the environmental objectives, as defined in Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 (Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2020 – the so-called Taxonomy), as well as the requirements set out in the implementation of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. 3. The Contractor undertakes to handle waste generated in connection with the implementation of the contract, including used electrical and electronic equipment, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
