The contracting authority is following an open European public procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (Aw), published on the tendering platform TenderNed. The contract includes at least thirty fixed sound level meters (of which 27 are Class 2 according to IEC-61672-1 and 3 are Class 1) and three mobile sound level meters (Class 1 according to IEC-61672-1) for collecting data on sound in the municipality of Eindhoven. The position of the sound measuring units will be determined in consultation between the contractor and the contracting authority for placement. Where possible, sound meters will be placed near air quality meters. The estimated value of the contract is based on historical data and amounts to € 50,000 per year. With a maximum contract duration of ten years, this amounts to € 500,000, excluding any possible implementation costs. Bidders cannot derive any rights from this.
