Czechia – Construction work – Nástavba na ZŠ Fryčovická 462

The subject of the public contract (hereinafter “public contract”) is the construction of pavilions at Fryčovická 462, Prague 9 – Letňany. The contracting authority has defined the subject of the contract in accordance with § 92(2) of the Public Procurement Act (ZZVZ) as requirements for performance and function, i.e. the design and build system (design and build). The main subject of the public contract, in accordance with § 15 of the ZZVZ, is construction work, i.e. the implementation of all construction work and activities for the completion and proper completion of the above-mentioned construction. This is a method of delivering construction projects characterized by the transfer of responsibility for preparing the project documentation and the overall quality of the work to the contractor. The fact that the contract is awarded under the so-called “design and build” regime means that the selected contractor will prepare the project documentation for the building permit, including the issuance of all necessary public law and other permits, approvals, opinions, statements, etc. including the building permit, further prepare the project documentation for the construction, including the evaluated itemized list of works with a measurement statement (itemized budget), further provide construction work, supplies and services for the purpose of constructing the building, i.e. all construction work and activities for the completion and proper completion of the construction and finally ensure the issuance of a binding final inspection decision for the Building and prepare the documentation of the actual execution of the construction.
