This SAD aims to select economic operators for the award of specific contracts relating to the refurbishment of bicycles and/or bicycle batteries, as well as the purchase of refurbished bicycle batteries. The concept of refurbishment is understood broadly as the set of checks and operations aimed at putting a previously used bicycle or battery back into circulation, restoring it to a level of functionality, safety and performance compatible with new, sustainable use.
