The subject of the contract is the execution of construction and assembly works consisting of the reconstruction of a primary school building along with a change in its use to a public psychological and pedagogical counseling center. The scope of the contract is comprehensive and includes, in particular, the implementation of all works necessary to achieve the full functionality of the facility, including: • external works and site development, • works related to the facade, roof and foundations, • internal construction works, • installation works, • finishing works. The contract also includes all ancillary works necessary for the proper execution of the investment. Note: The scope of the task does not include movable equipment, i.e. furniture. This is excluded from the public procurement procedure. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided by: 1.
