The procurement concerns the supply of a laparoscopic surgery tower, a medical device intended for use in minimally invasive surgical procedures. The acquisition of this equipment aims to equip the healthcare unit with high-performance medical technology for performing laparoscopic interventions, improving the quality of medical care and increasing patient safety. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification. In accordance with the provisions of Articles 160-161 of Law 98/2016 as amended and supplemented, the deadline for the contracting authority to respond to clarifications is 10 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for the submission of tenders/applications is 16 days.
