Netherlands – Construction work – Europees niet-openbare aanbesteding: Bouwteampartner Nieuwbouw Sporthal te Ruurlo

The Municipality of Berkelland intends to realise a new Sports Hall at Sportpark het Rikkelder, located at Fürstenauerstraat in Ruurlo. The sports hall will be a multifunctional and future-proof building that brings together various user groups. For the realisation of this new construction, the Municipality of Berkelland is looking for a suitable, experienced and professional construction team partner who will further develop both the architectural and technical installation work (after VO+) within the construction team, after which, upon positive completion of the construction team phase, the plan will be realised. The total area of the Sports Hall will be approximately 3675 m². The building consists of two sports halls: one hall with three hall sections (7 m high) and one hall with one hall section (9 m high).
