Description

The subject of the contract is the procurement of equipment and IT software for SPWSZ in Szczecin as part of the project entitled "Strengthening Oncological Competencies in the Independent Public Voivodeship Hospital in Szczecin through the Modernisation of Infrastructure and the Purchase of Modern Medical Equipment, Enabling the Implementation of Advanced Methods of Diagnostics and Treatment of Oncological Diseases" - in accordance with the application KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0052/24 under the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan (KPO), described in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The contractor is obliged to execute the contract on the terms and conditions described in the contract project, which is Annex 4 to the SWZ, and in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract is Annex 1 to the SWZ. 4. The Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of co-financing the implementation of the Subject of the Contract, which is co-financed by the European Union from funds coming from the National Reconstruction Plan as part of the project entitled "Strengthening Oncological Competencies in the Independent Public Voivodeship Hospital in Szczecin through the Modernisation of Infrastructure and the Purchase of Modern Medical Equipment, Enabling the Implementation of Advanced Methods of Diagnostics and Treatment of Oncological Diseases" - in accordance with the application KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0052/24 under the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan (KPO) 5. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to invalidate this tender procedure for the award of the contract on the basis of Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, if the public funds, which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract, are not granted to it.
