Description

The subject of the contract is the supply, installation, and maintenance of the Passenger Counting System for 284 vehicles of the ZTM Operators. The contract has been divided into two tasks. First task – supply, installation, and maintenance of the Passenger Counting System for 181 buses of the ZTM Operators. The task involves equipping 23 buses of type BN and 23 buses of type CN of PKM Gliwice Sp. z o.o., 90 buses of type BN and 45 buses of type CN of PKM Katowice Sp. z o.o., produced no earlier than 2014, operating on behalf of ZTM Katowice, with 611 sensors and 181 central units, Switches, GSM/at least 4G communication modules in LTE standard or newer, GPS locators and an appropriate number of batteries. The task has been divided into three parts. Part one covers the implementation: a) Delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment in buses along with necessary accessories and cabling, as well as software for this equipment, b) Obtaining a certificate from the SZP GZM contractor (as specified in the integration agreement along with the annexes) supplied to the buses solution (if the Contractor does not have such a certificate for the supplied solution), c) Integration of the supplied equipment with the central software of the Passenger Counting System GZM (SZP GZM) in terms of transmitted data in accordance with the requirements of OPZ, d) Preparation and delivery of post-implementation documentation, e) Ensuring proper operation during the implementation period on the terms specified in part two. Part two covers the maintenance of "SZP Vehicle": a) Warranty and service of the System, b) In the case of an indirect connection of the server-server type, maintenance and service of the intermediary server and APN connectivity as well as the VPN tunnel provided by the Contractor, including the possibility of reporting by the Contracting Authority and persons indicated by it from the ZTM and Operators side of faults for the above elements 24 hours a day / 7 days a week / 365 days a year, c) In the case of an indirect connection of the server-server type, implementation of the procedures listed in the Service Exit Procedure, aimed at ensuring the Contracting Authority further operation of the solution after the termination of the agreement with the Contractor, in particular the assignment to the Contracting Authority of the agreement on the dedicated APN network possessed by the Contractor, as well as the launch in the location indicated by the Contracting Authority of the intermediary server solution along with the transfer of licenses enabling the use of software installed by the Contractor. The Contractor guarantees the correctness of the solution during the warranty period; d) Completion of the Agreement, forwarding all data relating to the intermediary server to the GZM cloud resources, so that the functionality of the applied solution is maintained. Part three covers the option right: order in the right of option, which includes the possibility of extending the maintenance period in full or limited scope for a period not longer than 5 years. Part three will be implemented according to the contractual provisions as for part two. Details regarding the option have been described in the draft contractual provisions constituting annex no. 9.1 to SWZ. Second task – supply, installation, and maintenance of the Passenger Counting System for 103 trams of Spółka Tramwaje Śląskie S.A. The task involves equipping 103 trams of Spółka Tramwaje Śląskie S.A. (13 MF 10 AC wagons; 3 MF 11 AC BD wagons; 49 116Ndm, 2017N wagons and 38 2012N and 2012N-10 wagons), produced no earlier than 2000, operating on behalf of ZTM Katowice, with 519 sensors and 103 central units each, Switches, GSM/at least 4G communication modules in LTE standard or newer, GPS locators and an appropriate number of batteries – with the reservation of Section V, item 4 of OPZ. The task has been divided into three parts. Part one covers the implementation of "SZP Vehicle": a) Delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment in trams along with necessary accessories and cabling, as well as software for this equipment; b) Obtaining a certificate from the SZP GZM contractor (agreement on integration along with annexes) supplied to the trams solution (if the Contractor does not have such a certificate for the supplied solution); c) Integration of the supplied equipment with the central software of the Passenger Counting System GZM (SZP GZM) in terms of transmitted data in accordance with the requirements of OPZ; d) Preparation and delivery of post-implementation documentation; e) Ensuring proper operation during the implementation period on the terms specified in part two. The description of the subject of the contract includes annex no. 3 to SWZ. 3. In order to confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified in the criteria for evaluating offers (criterion no. 5 – Type of counting sensor), the Contracting Authority requires the submission together with the offer of the subject evidence (the requirement concerns task no. 1 and 2) i.e.: technical card or other equivalent subject evidence confirming the required resolution.
