The subject of the contract is the purchase of a software license with the producer's warranty (support) and the producer's support for the owned licenses, ensuring the protection of virtual machines in the Purchaser's environment, functionally corresponding to the Trend Micro Deep Security Enterprise solution or an equivalent solution.

2. The detailed description of the contract subject is provided in Annex 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Contract Subject and Annex 2 to the SWZ - Draft Contract Terms and Conditions.

3. The Contractor is obliged to implement the contract in accordance with the rules and conditions described in the Draft Contract Terms and Conditions, which constitute Annex 2 to the SWZ.
