Description

The subject of the contract is the improvement of the selective waste collection system in the area of Nowa Sarzyna Municipality. The contract has been divided into 2 parts. The contractor may submit a bid for one or both parts. Part 1 – Delivery of waste containers, delivery and installation of shelters/canopies and stations/segments for waste segregation Scope includes: - delivery of 112 containers with a capacity of 1100 l for selective waste collection, including: 47 units for mixed waste, 19 units for metals and plastics, 18 units for paper, 14 units for glass and 14 units for bio-waste; - delivery and installation of 95 shelters/canopies for waste containers (77 units at multi-family buildings in Nowa Sarzyna and 18 units at public utility facilities), along with ground hardening in accordance with the design documentation and work schedule; - delivery and installation of 82 stations/segments for waste segregation (models 1–3) along with local ground hardening in accordance with the design documentation and work schedule. The delivered equipment must be factory new, complete, free of defects, have a CE conformity declaration and meet the requirements of applicable regulations, Polish Standards transposing European standards and the requirements specified in the SWZ and technical documentation. Part 2 – Delivery of a monitoring system for selective waste collection points The contract is implemented in the "design and build" formula and covers the execution of a complete monitoring system for 10 locations in the area of Nowa Sarzyna Municipality. Scope includes: - preparation of design documentation, including concept, technical or construction projects (depending on the chosen installation method), obtaining the necessary agreements, permits and administrative decisions necessary for the implementation of the investment; - delivery, installation and commissioning of monitoring system devices; system startup, configuration and training of the Contracting Authority's staff in the use of the system; - provision of technical support for a period of 60 months from the date of final acceptance. The delivered monitoring system must be factory new, complete, comply with the requirements of the technical documentation, applicable legal regulations, Polish Standards transposing European standards and have a CE conformity declaration. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of equivalent offers. The offered equivalent solutions must ensure technical, operational and maintenance parameters no worse than those specified in the contract description, be compatible with the existing infrastructure, meet applicable standards and regulations and not increase operating costs. The contractor is obliged to prove the equivalence of the offered solutions by presenting appropriate documents, in particular technical sheets, certificates or other documents confirming the fulfillment of the Contracting Authority's requirements. The minimum required warranty period is 36 months. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, technical requirements and implementation conditions are specified in the SWZ and documentation attached to the SWZ.
