The subject of the re-tender is the execution of construction works and the provision of the Service for the Investment entitled: "Construction and reconstruction of gas cogeneration with a total capacity of 4.636 MWe and 5.729 MWt in the Ciechanów Power Plant", which is based on the "design and build" formula and therefore includes the execution of necessary design, construction, installation works, the realization of equipment and material supplies, the performance of commissioning, training and guarantee tests as well as the obtaining of certificates and permits necessary for the handover to the user. The detailed description of the subject of the tender, including technical, architectural, technological, installation, telecommunication, material and functional-user requirements, is specified in the Functional-User Programme, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
